With CareSpace, you can log in from anywhere at any time in order to see your:

• View most recent vital-sign records
• Access lab results, pathology reports & radiology reports
• See upcoming appointments
• Read educational materials about diagnosis, treatment, clinical trials, treatment side effects, and more

Getting access to your records couldn’t be easier!

To access your records via CareSpace, all you need to do is provide your email address to our front-desk staff, who will email the registration instructions to you. Once registered, you’ll be able to access your records from any computer with an internet connection… in comfort and privacy, and with the security you expect.

CareSpace is also HIPAA-compliant, easy to navigate and use, and is a no-charge service. In other words, it’s easy for you to see what we see while helping you to make informed choices about your health and medical care.
